A note on price changes

Our prices are in INR and include GST unless stated. We may change them at any time. We always e-mail you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and a change never touches a fee you have already paid, a support year you have already paid for, or a proposal you have accepted. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Questions, answered

Is GST included in these prices?+

Yes. Every price on this page includes 18% GST, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. Your tax invoice shows the breakup — a ₹19,500 purchase, for example, is ₹16,525.42 plus ₹2,974.58 GST.

Why does the price per scene go down?+

Because the work of setting up your workspace happens once, whether you show two rooms or twenty. We would rather you showed your customers the whole plant, so each extra scene costs less than the one before.

What happens after the first year of support?+

Basic includes technical support free for the first year. After that it is ₹10,000 a year, and renewing is a button inside your dashboard. If you choose not to renew, your workspace and your tours keep working — only support and maintenance pause, after a 15-day grace period. Support is included in Pro and Ultra.

Can I add scenes later?+

Yes. Open Plan and billing in your dashboard, drag to the new total, and you pay only the difference — at the same falling rate, so you are never penalised for starting small.

How do I pay, and will I get an invoice?+

Card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We never see or store your card details. A GST invoice is e-mailed the moment the payment succeeds.

Can your prices change?+

Yes, but never behind your back. We e-mail you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and a change never touches a fee you have already paid. Full detail in Terms › Price changes.

What if it is not right for us?+

Ask within 7 days and, if you have not started using the paid workspace or something core does not work as described, you get a full refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
